Im going to Reno Nv to pick up a 5 year old boy thats going to live with me in wisconsin how do i get the paper work for guardeing ship so i can put him in school

If you're picking up from the parents and they agree, the easiest and cheapest thing is a parental powers power of attorney.

Temporarily you can have the parents write a letter, then have it signed in front of a notary, and have it notarized. I did this when my minor sister came to live with me, just as a temp thing. We did end up having to have a copy of my fathers driver license as well to enroll her in school. But you should be able to file with the local court for temp custody.
